Samantha, I don't know what you are talking about. Dr. West does great dentistry, his cosmetic work can't be compared to any in this area. He is pricey, but you get what you pay for. I have had things done by him and so did my friends and family. Overall, the office is very high-tech and the dentistry is superb. It's just not for everyone. As for failed root canals, I have a hard time believing that someone would guarantee a root canal forever, it's just not done. They do fail somtimes and it's not always the doctor's fault. It's one of those things. My husband had a root canal done by him 5 yrs ago and it's still feeling great and the crown looks wonderful too, matches his teeth and looks like a real tooth, no gray lines or anything.

I am terrible dissatisfied with this dentist (Dr. Daniel West) When he did a root canal on one of my teeth he said he guarantees it will last forever. Well I had the tooth he did a root canal extracted (pulled out) by another dentist three years later. Also had a root canal done on the tooth next to it, because the infection spread to the other tooth. When I called him with the problem, to ask him if he can fix my tooth since he guaranteed it will last me forever, he said he only guarantees for one year! He talks so big as though he knows what he's doing- but actually doesn't. Also did a crown on one of my teeth and picked out the most ugliest, dis-matching color imaginable- probably hoping I will come back to him to have it redone. Don't let him talk big to you and convince you into getting your teeth fixed by him- It will be a big mistake. HE IS A RIP OFF!!! Not to mention I had yet another tooth retreated by a different dentist. Take my word, and find a better dentist.

I had two root canals done on two separate tooths. One of the tooth filling fell out- had to pay over $1000.00 to have it fixed up by another dentist. The second tooth had an unsuccessfull root canal, which I had to do a root canal retreat by a different dentist - the crown was also raised too high which made me develope an awful TMJ problem. I do not recommend having root canals done by this dentist, unless you want to keep paying money to have the teeth retreated or extracted. This dentist is not worth your time and money!!!!

Great office, great staff, clean, organized, pleasant, caring. Was searching for extensive cosmetic work to be done and was pleased to finally find a dentist who offered a reasonable & quality treatment plan for a reasonable cost, as opposed to an extreme make-over ('as seen on TV') at an extreme cost.
